Omurice Recipe!

After watching a Korean drama 'Rooftop Prince', I was curious about one dish that the main character frequently made. I browse it and it is called omurice, originally a Japanese cuisine. Basically, omurice is an omelette made with fried rice and usually topped with ketchup. It is quite easy to make for a beginner like me, so I decided to give it a try :D

Recipe
(you can change some of the ingredients upon your choice)
Serves 1

Fried rice
-1 tablespoon cooking oil
-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
-1 portion rice (I used white rice)
-1/4 teaspoon white pepper
-1/4 teaspoon sugar
-Soy sauce (you can use 1/4 teaspoon of salt as well)
Heat the frying pan. Put oil, then garlic, saute until fragrant. Add rice, then season with white pepper, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook until evenly.
Omelette
-1 tablespoon cooking oil
-2 chicken eggs
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt
Put eggs into a bowl, put black pepper and salt sufficiently, stir it well. You have to cook the omelette on a big sized frying pan (to make it wider) so that the omelette can wrap the fried rice :)
Garnish
-2 beef sausages
-Beans
Slice beef sausages and beans and then fry it.
Now time to serve it! Place the omelette on a plate, put the fried rice on top of it, then wrap it (be careful not to torn the omelette). After that, put the sausages and beans on the plate. You can also add chili sauce or ketchup on the omurice. And it is done! So easy! :D
